There upper managment supervises well and gives great mentoring. There is a lot of growth potential from within the company.

If you are not upper managment then the pay will not cover your rent unless you sell hard. Good benefits great work schedule.

The only good thing about this job was the other employees at the store that I worked with.

There's no support or guidance from upper management or corporate office. The company made it nearly impossible to bonus and there's no room for advancement. I was promised a raise twice and never received one. Also, the GA stores were closed without notice, accounts were sold on the spot, and many employees did not receive severance pay as promised. The company runs a very "dirty" business. The company does not care at all about their employees and only want as much money as possible whether it be legally or illegally.
