Steep learning curve with sales and technical process, difficult customers once in a while which can be frustrating. Sometimes management could do a better job at giving ongoing training to keep sharpening our sales and tech skills.

You'll be lucky to make minimum wage. The owner of the company is very unsure of himself and try's to distract you from that by (very poorly) creating hype. The service offering is inferior with a high price point. The advertising model is a pop up ad scam. You'll spend most of your day being screamed at and berated and the rest of it hearing from the boss about how people who complain about being mistreated and disrespected never succeed.
