Amazing team work atmosphere, super personable CEO who really cares about the customers, amazing upper level management and literally one of the best companies I have ever worked for.

The pros are far out weighted by any minor cons, every company has them.

The best part is the people (everyone is nice and very capable at their job). Lots of autonomy (opportunity to own your deliverables end to end), and a modern tech stack.

Biggest issue is job security (regular layoffs and sudden firings). No 401k matching, growth is limited by small teams, and there's a lack of strategic direction from leadership.
