The people were really cool The freedom to work on a lot of different stuff was really beneficial to my growth No micromanagement at the beginning.

Confusion on which direction to go and how to communicate goals led to a lot of throw away work. Benefits were very 40 percentile. Not horrible but very underwhelming. Blame was definitely passed down as they started to expand. None of management was ever to blame.
