Eagle Ray is an excellent mid-size Federal contracting company that truly values its employees. They provide opportunities for new career growth; provide program management and other professional training in addition to individual career development programs; provide competitive benefits and incentives for those who work to develop contracts and proposals. Overall, I'd recommend them to anyone.

I can't complain about my time at Eagle Ray. As long as you understand the life of a Federal contractor, you won't have any complaints either.

They serve as an example of what not to do.

My experience with this company was over 12 years ago, but I will simply never forget it. I cannot even put to words the brutal, inhumane way I was treated. As a very young African American at that time, I was severely mistreated on the job, traumatically fired although I received zero professional support, and then brought to the corporate office to receive a ceremonious firing the next morning. I wish I could breakdown how awful the experience was. They have no heart and better not ever pretend to care about young people, women, or minorities. Evil to the core, I am shocked they are still in business. The contract was with Defense Intelligence Agency - a horrible agency that I would rather be homeless than work there again. The office I worked in was so dysfunctional that it was shut down shortly after I left HAAAA!
