You didn’t leave Eames as a positive leaver based on the review you have left, so I would like to address some of your points to ensure the Eames brand is accurately represented in Hong Kong. The Director level turnover you refer to amounts to two people – one of which was my relocation to London and the other was also a relocation due to personal reasons. Our newly appointed Director has undergone 6 months of expansion with fee earning headcount at 15 Consultants where there is a very healthy balance of Asian staff and westerners. This will culminate in a record ever month in June. There is a very positive growth story to tell in this office I will concede that our culture is international and this is what the Hong Kong Chinese (and other Asian nationalities) that have aspired to work for Eames in Hong Kong are looking for. I also personally hired our Head of Admin & Operations and can confidently say the individual is one of our most trusted and high performing staff members in our company.
