Your actual job will not even remotely match your contract, you'll get almost no resources to do your job, your supervision will not be supportive, you'll get blamed for every little mistake instead of trusted or collaborated with. And you'll have to use only a very specific therapy style that's not up-to-date. It's no wonder the company depends almost entirely on overseas trained therapists (and mistreats them!) and inexperienced and overworked new grads. They cannot retain staff!
