This vision for the company's direction changes often and without warning. It's unclear what is a priority for the company. Middle management is terrible, engaging in the tactic of constant meetings and generation of worthless documentation. Engineering teams are poorly run. Not an enjoyable work environment.

Change is a constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be nimble as we take on the challenges of a changing landscape. Recently we have had to react and change our focus to support our community members because of COVID-19, many of whom now have different work situations. We are proud to be working to find and implement solutions that continue to align with our mission. Regarding your comment about dissatisfaction with management, we urge employees to come and talk to their HR partners or a member of management to discuss concerns and share feedback, this enables us to address the specific concerns. Top leaders tend to be highly political and biased. The organizational structure is strongly rooted in connections and often feels like a family business, if you’re not “family,” you’re disposable. Promotions are slow, and there is a lack of transparency around career growth, which has led to the loss of strong talent. !! Customers do not come first.
