None. Really none. Do not believe what management said she will coach you. She will push you that is true. But I feel she is only a sales person. No ability to coach.

Hired as tech lead with terrible pay, but work like Senior Programmer which need to fix existing bugs. Helping junior programmer with their problems. Need explore and learn new technology to help sales to win the project. Need write the design document for junior programmer to let them write proper coding no matter what experience they have.
Look not that difficult right? Yes, I can do it all, but not within one single day I can do one week's work.
What is worse is when I am working on something, the boss will interrupt you to join her ridiculous coaching for me or even for other employee which can last for few hours!!! so even work until 9 PM is not enough. and you cant satisfy the management even you done some job well, She need you done every job well within the impossible time been given.
And because of saving money, here lack of ppl and lack of good programmer. The junior programmer most are in-experience and without senior can give much help because of senior them-self busy like hell.
