Wonderful team environment to work in.

The store is in the mall so there are the drawbacks of that.

I hired a great team my time there. I had no experience at retail, and climbed the ladder because I was passionate about my job. The work can be rewarding. Lenient with leadership which allowed me to grow into my own (but also hindered my potential growth, since I somewhat lacked leadership).

Old technology. Untrained employees (did away with the nomadic journey which I adored, since it went over the history of the company along with product information). Management (including district managers and store managers) come across as overwhelmed at times with workload. Quality control needs to be upheld. A lot of the products are not relevant to earthbound's supposed mission. Contest rewards can flop hard.
