-Flexible schedule (except if you're a manager- then you're forced to work every weekend). My manager (who was unfairly fired because our store never makes goal) was very accommodating and understanding. -50% employee discount. I'd never pay full price for the garbage that was sold and I felt bad that people had to pay the full retail price.

-Unrealistic sales goals. We NEVER made our sales goals because the location where I worked was in a mid-sized economically depressed college town. -The district manager -The products are so cheaply made. Things (especially jewelry) would frequently fall apart when they were taken out of the packaging -EBT markets their items as "exotic imports" when in reality most of it is just mass-produced crap manufactured in China and Indonesia. Dreamcatchers made in Indonesia? Hmm....
