Get it together - Recensione dipendente - Store Manager presso Earthbound Trading

after reading other reviews about pay I want to add that I feel the company isn't honoring it's "nomads" with a livable wage. They expect loyalty, dependability and enthusiasm yet cannot pay more? They even recommend having secondary jobs admitting they do not pay livable wages. Traveling to other stores I have conversed with other company store managers and the general vibe is we do not feel truly appreciated. We feel over worked, expectations are high and we are under paid. Everyone is underpaid. Yes there is monthly bonuses, however only if you exceed your goals. How about not doing that and just paying us more? I love Earthbound however would love even more if they reevaluated their infrastructure and pay their people more. This company is stretched thin up to HQ and we are opening more and more stores. Take a breather EB, check your house and get us in order please.
