Upper management (home office) is negligent. Heard "figure it out" a lot when shipped too much product for our location that we knew wouldn't sell but couldn't ship to another store. The store was very literally falling apart and nothing was done about it the entire time I worked there. They allowed us to go through holiday season with one working credit card reader. The kinds of people they uplift are toxic. Managers can be written up and terminated with very little effort but a miserable employee has to mess up a LOT before anything is done. They make sure you know how replaceable you are.
