Lower than market compensation. Lack of structure. Lax HR department. Undefined working hours and job roles. Inefficient appraisal system makes climbing the ladder near impossible. No defined method for employee feedback. Internal hierarchy between upper management makes it such that ones feedback / requests get lost in bureaucracy.
