Great place to start and get experience but once you hit a certain level they will stop raises except for the 1% annual.

Poor pay, poor opportunity for advancement. Company is run in silos.. They do not do proper review or try to allow for existing employees to grow within the organization.

Great development opportunities and lots of room to move up quickly if you show initiative. Most recently, they seem to have pivoted from a reactive policy to a more proactive marketing and sales campaign. Decent sick and vacation time. Increases with tenure. Appreciation for high performers Profit sharing Listens to front lines. The Managers I worked with were collaborative and open minded. Executives meet with Frontline frequently and are very involved in day to day operation
