Brad's leadership has been instrumental in my development. While he's not perfect (who is?), his insights and guidance have been invaluable. All team members in Austin are required to be full-time (8am - 5pm) in office. Transitioning from remote work to a full-time, in-office schedule can take a little adjustment but the welcoming team and relaxed culture make it worthwhile. The office is in a great part of Austin with plenty of great lunch spots nearby.
