- Work environment is nice. Nice people stays, odd people ends up leaving because they can fit. People trust and help out each other most of the time.

- Organization is quite flat, not really vertical. Decisions can be made by a product team with a lot of independence, opening spaces for innovation and suggestions from everyone.

- Most clients are abroad. You're expected to improve your English!
