Amazing working environment, reaches to combine a flexible flat organization with responsiveness thanks to an incredible team engagement. Our team is young, diverse, dislocated, multicultural and highly motivated. As a current employee, I can say that management has always shown interest in investing in people as a first resource for growth.

As a result, to successfully enter this game you are asked to be autonomous, innovative, committed and cross functional on a daily basis, a real team player. If you don't see yourself in this description, you might not be the right fit.

The first thing is the quality of the very international team. Everyone is on the same page, highly motivated, super friendly and always helpful. The managing practices makes it a very comfortable environment where you feel listen and able to offer your maximal potential. The overall experience of working here is quite unique due mostly to the people and the trust that is given to you.

Easy4Pro has a flat structure without hierarchy. Needless to say that here is a lot of obvious pros working without a traditional vertical structure, but it requires a lot of autonomy, self-management and motivation to keep on track. This isn't meant for everyone but that's probably why our team is so enjoyable.
