Positive team energy and strong leadership. Exposure to many sides of retail management almost from the start. Above-average compensation. The workload may feel heavier during promotional events and seasonal transitions.

My teammates are nice and supportive, always there for each other when the going gets tough. I like that the workflow is simple and consistent, so it’s easier to get the job done. Managers communicate clearly and don’t second-guess your every decision. There’s a good balance between independent work and coordination. I'm also pleased with the pay and benefits.

Dealing with multiple customer requests makes some days hard to get through.
