Leadership is extremely controlling on the day-to-day activities. They lack the understanding of what it takes to grow as an organization from a sales standpoint. CEO and Sales Leadership are not on the same page and lack a similar vision. Company has no real direction and seems to be OK with the status quo. If you are a seasoned sales vet, stay away.
