They've lost 4 team leaders in 4 weeks (they quit due to how toxic the environment is) 8. 80% of the team has been written up for performance issue (which clearly is a management issue when you have a vast amount of us "underperforming" 9. Upper management tells you to work outside of working hours to get caught up (mind you this would be unpaid) 10. Adjusters are set up to fail as there is no professional development offered and they cannot handle the claim count of 150+ 11. Adjusters are responsible for the claim from start to finish (no Total loss, service, subrogation department) 12. Upper management berate the team leaders and adjusters in meetings 13. HR is completely ineffective and has failed to address serious workplace complaints, exposing the company to significant legal liability. 14. I completely understand you need a job but this is NOT the place to work. ALL of us that are here have been desperatley applying elsewhere because PD is the Titanic heading towards the iceberg
