My experience at Echelon has been very rewarding during the year I’ve been here. As part of the marketing team, I get to work directly with different leaders and consultants across other teams. This has allowed me to see how everyone truly reflects the company’s core values. Teamwork is a big one,, I’ve always received proactive, collaborative, and positive support from my colleagues, which helps projects move forward as planned. Management not only values your work but also makes sure it’s recognized, your efforts never go unnoticed. The partners are very engaged and as present as possible. The work environment is healthy, and I genuinely enjoy talking and collaborating with my teammates. Onsite events bring great energy and help us connect, while remote work is one of the biggest advantages, there’s strong trust in employees. Even working remotely, our annual company-wide meeting gives us a chance to connect in person with everyone.

Since we are a remote-first company, for those of us who don’t live near the main office hubs, it can be a bit harder to meet colleagues in person. Fortunately, the annual gathering makes up for this and helps us build those connections.
