The change within the company/pricing, high employee turnover, lack of product development (always late on releases), horrible marketing, lack of client involvement, lack of direction etc. is NEVER the blame for it. The blame is always placed on one person -layoffs 2-3 times a year in groups -no real onboarding, training, or introduction to a role. Just a list of goals you’re expected to reach with little to no guidance, -no real learning, growth, or promotional opportunities -ZERO diversity or culture, fake initiatives to target certain schools and demographics, but they only want their money. They pretend to care about those demographics when they won’t even hire those same people
