Weekly pay. If you get bored in the office you can always go do field work.

Upper management stressing you about sales and collections. They literally want you to do whatever it takes to get these customers to pay. And if they don’t pay it’s the store managers fault. Theirs a lot of sketchy stuff that goes on at rent a center. From running people’s credit cards without their permission to selling people used mattresses that we say are new. Management dosnt care what you do as long as you don’t get caught.
