Terrible management No trust No growth

Enuthuisam by sales director makes you want to succeed in the growth of the Company. However you quickly get to know the "Eco way" is not the correct way! Doesn't matter how hard you work by increasing sales and building relationships, step out of line by challenging the Group Diectors and you're out! There is always this fear hanging over you each day. Very unprofessional they have no people management skills, full of false promises of how things will change but nothing ever changes. Every single person working for them does not have a good word to say so much negativity right through the company. It's a shame because they do have the good makings of being a successful Company if they got their act together, listen and learn from others who have much more experience. One of the Group directors talks the talk and settles things down but it is all meaningless they DO NOT DELIVER they need to wake up and realise how many good people they have lost who would have made them successful. Their moto should be "The Eco way.... We hire we fire......"

The biggest challenge is keeping your job! If you manage that, the next challenge is getting your jobs produced and fitted. Who shouts loudest gets their jobs produced, and planned in to be fitted providing no one else shouts louder your job may be fitted by fitters who don't give a dam because they have not been paid what they are owed! No one takes ownership or even cares because of the way they are treated.
