There is a documented pattern where "PK" and the management team prioritize protecting underperforming leadership over addressing clear operational incompetence. Rather than investigating root causes or procedural anomalies, the default culture is to deflect blame onto staff members who are simply trying to do their jobs and support their families. ​This "circle the wagons" mentality creates a toxic environment where grit and hard work are met with disrespect. When upper management refuses to see past the performance of their direct reports, they lose the pulse of the company and the respect of the people who keep it running.
