Thanks for taking time to share your experience. We believe the best teams are diverse and inclusive, and our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment starts at the top. In 2017, our CEO, signed the CEO Action Pledge for Diversity & Inclusionand, we continue to engage with this group. In 2023, we committed to stand alongside Human Rights Campaign in their Count Us In pledge, advocating for justice and equality. Additionally, we have formed an e-level diversity & inclusion council to build out a multi-year strategy to address the areas where we can make the biggest impact. Our goal is to ensure that differences are valued and everyone can learn, grow and make an impact. We recognize we can always improve, and we’re committed to this work for the long term.
