Offers a chance to gain experience in the development field.
Svantaggi
Hard for newcomers to fit in; old employees have their own group and don’t include new people.
The development office is in a residential area and doesn’t feel like a typical workplace.
No HR on-site; any issues or paperwork must be handled on your own at a far-away location.
Managers are old-school and rigid, making it isolating for new employees.
1. No work life balance. 2. Rules are not same for every employee. 3. There is a lot of miscommunication between employees and the departments too. (gender discrimination) 4. Toxic culture and environment (senior will blame you for there mistakes and you will be held accountable for all their mistakes - nobody will listen to you even if you are right). 5. Seniors misbehave a lot and discourage junior employees. You will end up losing your self-confidence. 6. No learning opportunities. They will say in the beginning that "you will learn this and that in our company" but all you get is mental stress. 7. Rarely get paid on time and salaries are very less as compared to the market. 8. Policies are not according to the labour laws.
