Friend of friend will get hired starting at a higher payrate then people who have been there serval years.. depending on who you are and not what you know will determine your growth in this company.. for a place I use to love coming to has now revealed itself to be a waste of time. So after years I'm looking else where to where I feel appreciated again.

Tedious, grueling, demanding, repetitive, multi-task positions, low-pay, raises not expected, favorites in team picks by Lead Operators, management by intimidation, unprofessional treatment when speaking or correction workers. You work , you get paid, no holiday or vacation, since most are revoling door contracted.
