Low Pay compared to industry standard, Senior management does not communicate very much with staff, hardly any or non existent staff training. Staff to I.T support ratio is too high. Unpaid overtime work.
Overtime pay is very small compared to industry standard.
Everything seems to be hush hush about the company, when you ask about what is going on.

No Training - this is a training organisation and the staff in I.T are not trained on systems that they do not know but they have to figure out. This can be dangerous as when something goes wrong it can impact the business because the staff are not fully trained on a system that has been implemented.
