Good quality printer, traditional yet keeping up with new technology. Small with approx 25 full time people, feels like family. Good values. Plenty of autonomy.

Management or lack of at times. Moody ownership. Poor cash flow. No opportunity for growth or training outside of position hired for. Good pay but poor benefits, no real HR to go to. Can be stressful environment on multiple fronts.

I have only been here for a few months, but so far the job is exceeding my expectations. The work environment is great. The company's commitment to sustainability was one of my primary reasons for coming here, and their treatment of staff has been what one would expect from a company with the environment in mind.

I have had to learn a new set of processes and procedures that fall in line with their more up to date equipment.
