      The owner is a massive micromanager. All departments are pitted against each other. The turnover rate is extremely high for a very good reason. Do yourself a favor and find a different job. You're better off working at a fast food place than working here.

      The pay here is very good for me. They also have good healthcare. There is a 410k that I don't put money in but it is also very good from what people say. I like he environment, everyone is friendly for the most part and the boss treats people like real humans which is nice. Ive had some very bad bosses but he is a good one, he gives you extra time off if you need it for some reason and does stuff like that.
