Technologically weak hierarchy, none of the head honchos are masters or phd in tech.The head of data science(manager) is an item to look out for.His only work is to order food and give dumb statements. Experienced candidates won't learn anything from the hierarchies . Finally their favourite past time is to hire and fire people. Many highly experienced and hard working employees were fired due to the incompetency of the hierarchy management. (NOTE: I wasn't fired) Dont go for fake reviews by their hr recruiters. Beaware of the head of operations, don't trust on any of his words, he is the most crooked person one can ever meet.
