As a start up organization, there are a few critical org components that have not been established yet. For potential applicants, it's important to keep in mind that the org is young and will not come fully baked with the infrastructure they may be accustomed to. While there are drawbacks to this in some ways, there are also enormous advantages to implement best practices versus tow the line on dated behaviors and processes.
