It’s evident that leadership genuinely cares about both the company’s success and the well-being and growth of its people.       I do not have any complaints at this time, except that they do not pay as well as onboarding with a school district. They do offer remote positions, though.

      Pay was good for my contract position. My recruiter was communicative to my needs, frequently kept in touch, and offered mentorship when needed.

      Wish they were more transparent with the school districts that I was working at in terms of caseload, commute, etc.
