As a female in STEM, finding a job that you feel respected in, is often very hard. The CEO, a woman herself, throughout my employment made sure that I feel comfortable and welcomed. With someone who is in charge of many employees, you would not expect her to take time to cultivate such an amazing experience, but she continues to be available for her, employees come first! She continues to make this work experience welcoming for employees and has an open door policy for communications or concerns. This company is growing leaps & bounds, hiring talent while other employers are laying off employees. The employees are great professionals and the most integrated teams, I have ever had in my professional career. Each new employee is assigned a mentor to guide through the employment & grow. The work that this company does is very cutting-edge and innovative. The company truly invests in your learning and helps you to grow as a developer. The management always asks you what your interests are and allows you to specialize and help you grow your skill level in projects of your choice. There is never a dull moment at ECI , even in the current condition of pandemic, the teams are remotely collaborating both for learning and for social fun.
