Colleagues are friendly and great to work with. Work is doable and they do there best to work with industry standards. I believe management has taken a lot of older reviews seriously and tried to improve. Offer WFH compared to other companies in the area. I believe it's kept a lot of devs to stay. WLB is fair and many people are willing to help out with stories and tasks you may have issues with.

Pay is below average. Benefits could be better, vision and dental not accepted in a lot of places. While AGILE process is actively being condensed, it still eats up too much developer time on scrum masters and other employees. Could have more yearly events for employees to meet one another. They had events initially until they were dropped for COVID.
