I was also concerned to read the stats you included about diversity. While increasing diverse representation of our staff continues to be a major priority, I want to take a moment to share our current stats for anyone else reading this. In the U.S., four out of five geography presidents are women (80%), which is in addition to our female US COO, US CFO and Chief Talent Officer. Our US workforce is currently more than 25% racially and ethnically diverse and over 50% of our EVP and above employees are female. We are actively working to improve further, while taking care to prioritize inclusion initiatives, as well. Thanks for your review and I hope to hear from you.
