- name and good reputation of the brand - good company to start out to build foundation in PR skills

- lack of work/life balance - people get brainwashed about how great this company is (it's good, but not the best at everything), especially when they first start out in the industry here - no transparency in career advancement - set in process - lots of people in management inflexible to other ways of doing things - some people get treated better - company is very bad at communicating internally (quite an irony for a PR firm) - managers expect junior staff to do everything and they just "review" - company doesn't give much room for mistakes
