The Pay is decent, but still under Market. Medical and Paid Leave have always been respectible.

As a former employee, who left on my own free will, I can't help but laugh when reading most of these Possitive comments, especially out of Arizona. If you are looking to work within the Corporate Office in Sunnyvale or out of Boston, you may have a chance to love what you do and respect the Management. However, stay clear of the Toxic Management out of Arizona. It is sad to see so many great employees leave while the Terrible Controlling MicroManagers stick. Something has to give and hopefully soon for those still employed.

- Great team from department head down - Collaboration is encouraged - Self-starter culture with good room for side projects - "See something, say something" approach allows questioning methodology without a feeling of personal attacks or "dumb questions" and enables team members to support each other in a safe environment - Work from home

Svantaggi

- Executive leadership does not know what they want - Consistent turnover in C-Suite leads to departments acting like small internal companies rather than part of a larger system - Limited permission access for team members means that any absence or time-off can lead to a backlog of deployments
