Good benefits. Laid back atmosphere. Fast paced. Great work life balance. You get to challenge yourself on a daily basis that allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Management Culture: The organization suffers from a lack of accountability at the upper management level. There is a frequent "finger-pointing" culture rather than a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Operational Disorganization: Internal workflows and processes are highly disorganized, leading to unnecessary friction in daily tasks. Communication Barriers: Significant language and communication barriers across global teams often stall progress on critical initiatives. Recruitment Transparency: The most disappointing aspect was the lack of honesty during the hiring process. The actual requirements and expectations of the role differed significantly from what was presented during interviews, particularly regarding flexibility and location.
