The work experience you gain here could help you land a great job at a competitive aerospace and defense company. A lot of people have been able to use their experience at Edge as a springboard for their careers at other companies.

You will be severely underpaid for your labor. HR will only allow one raise per year, and it feels like pulling teeth to get a raise that matches the cost-of-living increase, even if you're a high performer. Management is out of touch, and the engineering department is a mess with no organizational structure. A once great company is trying to ride out its prior success until it gets acquired and passes off the mess to someone else. Now, Redwire is caught holding the bag.
