• Compensation is often viewed as low or not competitive, especially given demands and long hours.  • Senior management is sometimes criticized for lack of consistency, shifting strategy, or low clarity in direction.  • Workload and project pressure are common complaints; “long hours” is repeatedly mentioned.  • In sales or business functions, there have been complaints of favoritism, lack of support, or unclear accountability.  • Turnover rates are viewed as high in some departments, making stability and long-term planning a concern.
