When you have been around in the industry as long as I have (which is almost 25 years), you'll start to realize that all companies are the same. Until they are not, and that's what you find in Edge Impulse. Working at Edge Impulse is like being at the right place at the right time. The 'Edge AI' market is white hot and everyone wants to be in this space right now. There's an old adage that says "it doesn't feel like work if you're having fun", and this has been especially true at my time here so far. As an engineer by nature, it has been a wondrous opportunity to learn new things EVERY SINGLE DAY that it never gets boring.
