You have recognised that we are a consultancy and as such expect a level of flexibility around working hours to deliver the best service we can to our clients and our contract of employment does state that normal hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday or as required to satisfy the needs of the business and our client.
We do discuss working hours and flexibility at interview stage. In return for commitment Edge believes we do offer a competitive salary and excellent training and development opportunities and offer a MINIMUM of 5 days training per year to our employees. Our training schedule and course catalogue is continually being updated and is based on research into needs of digital job roles, our clients and our staff’s personal development plans.
We do carry out employee surveys to try and get feedback and we encourage staff to speak to their managers at the one to ones to so we can continue to improve.
