Flexible working schedule as bosses / heads are always out on vacation or home in KL

Foreign C Suite and leadership have favorites and don’t know how to deal with customers, Filipinos and locals left do to bulk of the work. They hire based on friendships. Irregularities and mistakes done by favorite employees and suppliers are overlooked.

- Paid internship - the work culture is flexible and nice. - Bosses are great, healthy environment among co-workers. - Interns are always included in events

- some departments have strict time for interns (not much of a con tho)
