The people are fantastic, and it's an excellent place to learn and grow as a developer. The environment is ideal if you want to improve your skills, work on exciting projects, and have fun along the way. The culture is supportive and inclusive. As a junior developer, I felt that my opinion was valued, and I felt like I was contributing to the company's growth, which is incredibly exciting to be a part of. The team is full of inspiring and kind people, and I feel really lucky to have had the chance to work with them.

As it's a startup, the pay isn't as competitive as at the huge tech companies, but it's worth it.
