Tech stack has also become dated for some products A huge gap between what is expected of you versus what is conveyed You have to read between the lines to infer what your immediate manager expects of you Once you decide to leave, variable payout is at the mercy of your manager's ratings. Once rated below expectations (which happens to be the most likely scenario in case of a disgruntled manager), you may very well kiss goodbye to your variable payout of six months. And all of this happens without a mention of such an event in any of the formal communications Black-box leadership & HR, not much transparency is there
