Friendly staff. Upper management is willing to talk about problems.

Even though upper management is willing to listen to problems, they are out of touch with how to deal effectively with problems because they don't understand the nuances of individual roles of the service workers. They don't implement practical solutions that would make jobs less stressful. They are willing to listen but lack vision and will implement strategies that clash with the day to day realities.

Commuting spirit and staff great to work with.
