Putting resources into adaptation of AI and other new technologies with effective results. Clear focus on improving company culture over past year with more benefits going to employees.

Still have a lot of room to catch up to the bigger firms - particularly with expansion into newer markets. A lot of the company's focus has been handling the hard problems first for sustainable PnL in the future rather than putting resources into underdeveloped markets. Perhaps the PnL would be higher if we took those bets as a company. This is not particularly unique for the industry, but there has been some turnover the past 2 years.
